• Mindful Mobility

    Mindful Mobility is part of Hipline's Restorative Sundays, rotating every four weeks with Rest Well Yoga, Release n' Roll, and Free Style Stretch. These classes prioritize restoration as a vital part of your weekly routine.

    Join Evie for an hour of dynamic movement and deep stretching to care for your mind, body, and nervous system. Props are available, or bring your own tools. All experiences are welcome!

  • Release n Roll

    Join Tammy for a serene 60-minute foam rolling session to release tension, realign your body, and unwind. Foam rollers and mats are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own.

    All experiences are welcome! Tammy, a longtime Hipline instructor, also runs a nutrition practice, a capoeira school, and is certified in foam rolling and self-massage techniques.

  • Rest Well Yoga

    Join Archaa for a yoga practice rooted in South Asian traditions, blending postures, breathwork, and meditation to guide you into deep rest. Experience full support for your mind and body as you replenish and restore.

    All levels welcome—every body is a yoga body. Mats, blocks, and straps are provided, or bring your own and a blanket for added comfort. Masks required.

  • Free Community Stretch

    Community Stretch Jam is a free class and part of Hipline’s “Restorative Sundays,” offering a freestyle stretch class to connect, relax, and explore movement in a welcoming space. No experience needed—bring any props or techniques from other classes to support your flow.

    There’s no instructor, but a Hipline team member will be there to hold space. Meet others, sip tea on the dance floor, and enjoy an hour of community and care!
