You can reserve into class anytime up until class start time. Cool for those of us with dynamic/changing schedules!
You will receive your link to launch class 30 minutes before class start time, unless you reserve within the hour, then you will receive the class link immediately.
Hipline classes are designed for all levels. Equipment is used only in Power Pop, but it is not required. Your own body weight is a great starting point, then you can add on as you like! To purchase equipment click on these link: Resistance Band, weights we use 3, 5, and 8lbs., 6" Myo Ball.
